Therefore, by assessing the extent of contractors ICT perception, empirical evidence has been provided for the governments and construction industries to proffer a way of enlightenment to the contractors regarding the advantages and benefits of using ICT devices. The findings show that the contractors are not well knowledgeable about the ICT and its benefits, because the result revealed that their perception is nominal, not very effective. 519 questionnaires were employed for the data collection, and SPSS version 19 was used for the data analysis.
